When we bought our house it came with 2 big garden boxes. So this spring we decided to try our hand at it. Well, more like Derek did because we planted right after Lily was born. Derek has done well to take care of it while I take care of baby. :) The girls have really enjoyed watching it grow and helping Derek water. Kate has especially taken a liking to it. I catch her out there picking things on her own. She loves the snap peas and green beans. Abby likes the carrots as well as the green beans. This is new to us and are excited that things have actually grown and taste great. Not everything has turned out and we have learned a lot.
